In 2020, while the world came to what seemed like a complete halt, one woman decided to take a closer look at her family's and her health. Starting with herself, she decided it would be a good idea to consult a functional health practitioner to address some health concerns she had had for most of her life. Through education and experimenting with readily available foods and by understanding the ingredients in many of her favorite beauty products, she realized much of what was available mainstream was actually contributing to her health concerns.
 
Armed with new found education and a desire to have a healthier, more natural lifestyle, natural self care products were birthed. One at a time, she harnessed ancestral remedies, she thought were outdated, and began seeing a marked difference in how she and her family were feeling. A few years later, Simple, Pure and Authentic (SPA) was born out of a desire to share the wealth of knowledge and experience with which she had been blessed over the years.  
 
Simple, Pure and Authentic offers many products that are suitable replacements for those desiring a simpler, more natural yet luxurious approach to self care. Small batched (and some customizable), each individual product is uniquely developed and tested. Many products are heat-infused with herbs (including some Ayurvedic herbs) and flowers generally thought of as being "for the eyes only" - such as sage, rose, hibiscus, turmeric and lavender...just to name a few.
